WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE BASED ON THE ORDER CONTENTS:

ANY ORDER CONTAINING ONLY SARIS AND/OR FABRICS AND/OR DUPATTAS AND STOLES THAT DO NOT REQUIRE ANY FINISHINGS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 3 TO 5 DAYS.

ANY ORDER COMPRISING OF SARIS THAT REQUIRE ONLY FALLS TO BE ATTACHED WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 4 TO 6 DAYS.

ANY ORDER COMPRISING OF SARIS THAT REQUIRE FALLS TO BE ATTACHED,  AS WELL AS BLOUSE STITCHING, WILL BE SHIPPED 10 TO 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIVING THE COMPLETE MEASUREMENTS AND PICTURES REQUIRED FROM THE CUSTOMER. 

I HAVE ORDERED A BLOUSE TO GO WITH MY SARI, WHERE DO I ENTER MY MEASUREMENTS? 

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONTAINIG A SIZE CHART WHICH YOU WILL HAVE TO FILL UP WITH YOUR EXACT MEASUREMENTS AND SEND BACK TO US.

SHIPPING ON  INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE CALCULATED AND DISPLAYED AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT.

WHO ARE YOUR COURIER PARTNERS? HOW DO I TRACK MY SHIPMENT ?

WE ONLY USE CREDIBLE AND RELIABLE CARRIERS: DHL FOR INTERNATIONATIONAL ORDERS AND BLUE DART FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS. HOWEVER FOR ORDERS TO REMOTE LOCATIONS OR  COURIER UNSERVICEABLE PINCODES WE USE THE POST OFFICE. ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU WILL RECEIVE THE TRACKING AND CARRIER DETAILS BY MAIL.

WHAT IS LAKSHMI’S POLICY ON RETURNS?

LAKSHMI DOES NOT ENTERTAIN RETURNS, HOWEVER MERCHANDISE CAN BE EXCHANGED FOR STORE CREDIT.

FOR SAREES, ONCE THE FALLS HAS BEEN STITCHED AND THE BLOUSE CUT WE WILL BE UNABLE TO PROCESS AN EXCHANGE.

ORDERS FOR FABRICS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR CANCELLED  ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN CUT.

WHAT ARE THE MODES OF PAYMENT AVAILABLE TO ME?
