This sumptuous Gadwal  silk sari has an rich black body adorned with zari checks and  floral buttas in gold zari. The rich colour of the body, is accentuated by a temple border, running alongside a vibrant, solid colour red border and thick, green selvedge. The bright red pallu of the sari is intricately adorned with gold zari thread work. This crisp, almost weightless sari flows gracefully over the form of the body, and is accompanied by a red blouse with gold zari buttas.
