This elegant, Bomkai tussar sari has a shot-colour, magenta body tinted with reddish pink and woven, geometric borders of  watermelon pink and yellowish orange. The pallu is accentuated by a striped pattern of rust, carmine, teal, off-white, and lemon-yellow thread work. The sumptuous colour of this sari is accentuated by the lustrous gold sheen, characteristic of tussar silk.
