SHIPPING POLICY

• LAKSHMI OFFERS FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL SHIPMENTS WITHIN INDIA.

• SHIPPING CHARGES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS FOR A SINGLE CART CHECKOUT WILL BE CHARGED AS FOLLOWS:

1. SARIS : 

FIRST SARI – RS. 2200

EVERY ADDITIONAL SARI – RS. 1600

2. FABRICS:

FIRST METRE – RS. 1500

EVERY ADDITIONAL METRE – RS. 600

3. DUPATTAS AND STOLES:

FIRST PIECE – RS. 1500

EVERY ADDITIONAL PIECE – RS. 1000

• WE USE CREDIBLE AND RELIABLE CARRIERS: BLUE DART FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS AND DHL FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. HOWEVER FOR ORDERS TO REMOTE LOCATIONS WE USE THE INDIAN POST OFFICE. 

• ANY ADDITIONAL TAX APPLICABLE ON DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS WILL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER.

• FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS DEPENDING ON THE COUNTRY OF IMPORT, OUR CARRIER MAY NEED TO GET CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FOR YOUR GOODS BEFORE DELIVERING THEM TO YOU.  ANY ADDITIONAL TAXES, IMPORT DUTIES, CUSTOMS CHARGES LEVIED BY THE COUNTRY OF IMPORT WILL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER.

• ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU WILL RECEIVE THE TRACKING AND CARRIER DETAILS BY E-MAIL.

• ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE, BASED ON THE ORDER CONTENTS:

1.ANY ORDER CONTAINING ONLY SARIS AND/OR FABRICS AND/OR DUPATTAS AND STOLES THAT DO NOT REQUIRE -ANY FINISHINGS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 3 TO 5 DAYS.

2.ANY ORDER COMPRISING OF SARIS THAT REQUIRE ONLY FALLS TO BE DONE WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 4 TO 6 DAYS.

3.ANY ORDER COMPRISING OF SARIS THAT REQUIRE FALLS AND BLOUSE  STITCHING, WILL BE SHIPPED 10 TO 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIVING THE COMPLETE MEASUREMENTS AND PICTURES REQUIRED FROM THE CUSTOMER.

• ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE QUALITY CHECKED AND COME IN A TAMPER PROOF PACKAGING. PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY IF YOU NOTICE THAT THE PACKAGE IS TAMPERED OR DAMAGED. IN SUCH EVENTS WE REQUEST YOU TO TAKE PHOTOS OF THE TAMPERED/DAMAGED AREA, DO NOT SIGN ACCEPTANCE OF THE PACKAGE, AND RETURN THE PACKAGE BACK TO THE CARRIER. SHOULD YOU ACCEPT SUCH A PACKAGE, IT WILL BE DEEMED THAT THE PRODUCT WAS RECEIVED IN A GOOD CONDITION.

EXCHANGE POLICY

• LAKSHMI DOES NOT ENTERTAIN RETURNS.

• MERCHANDISE CAN BE EXCHANGED FOR STORE CREDIT.

• ONCE A FABRIC HAS BEEN CUT, IT CANNOT BE EXCHANGED, AND HENCE WE DO NOT ENTERTAIN AN EXCHANGE ON ANY FABRIC ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.

• LAKSHMI SHOULD BE NOTIFIED OF THE EXCHANGE IMMEDIAYELY ON  RECEIPT OF THE MERCHANDISE AND SUCH MERCHANDISE SHOULD BE SENT AND RECEIVED BY LAKSHMI

       1. WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS FOR SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE INDIA.

       2. WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS FOR SHIPMENTS WITHIN INDIA.

• SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. SHIPPING CHARGES OF THE  EXCHANGED MERCHANDISE SHALL NOT BE AT LAKSHMI’S COST.

• SHIPPING COSTS OF THE REPLACEMENT PRODUCT SENT BY LAKSHMI WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER, INCLUDING ON DOMESTIC ORDERS.

• ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE UNUSED, UNDAMAGED, FOLDED TO ORIGINAL FOLDS, AND PACKED AS RECEIVED TO ENSURE FULL CREDIT.

• FOR SAREES, ONCE THE FALLS HAS BEEN STITCHED AND THE BLOUSE CUT WE WILL BE UNABLE TO PROCESS AN EXCHANGE

• WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS THAT WE DO NOT RECEIVE.

• IN THE EVENT THAT AN ITEM IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT, WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAME.

• IN THE EVENT THAT ANY MERCHANDISE IS DEFECTIVE UPON RECEIPT OR HAS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT, SUCH MERCHANDISE WILL BE INSPECTED UPON RECEIPT BY LAKSHMI AND A DETERMINATION MADE AS TO THE CAUSE OF DEFECT. LAKSHMI MUST BE NOTIFIED OF THE DEFECT IMMEDIATELY WITH PHOTOGRAPHS, ON RECEIPT OF THE MERCHANDISE. IN THE EVENT OF SUCH A DEFECT, STORE CREDIT SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR THE VALUE OF SUCH DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE AND SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES FOR SUCH DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE (INCLUDING TOWARDS SHIPMENT OF DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE TO LAKSHMI) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

• WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE AN EXCHANGE REQUEST IF IT DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THESE POLICIES.
