Lakshmi showcases a collection of eco-printed, handwoven saris by Vriksh, in Odisha. Eco-printing is an unique, natural-dye art form from Australia, where a variety of leaves, flowers, and twigs are used for contact printing on fabrics, drawing pigments from the same plants to create interesting, and often surprising natural prints. This antique white, woven, eco-print sari is printed with a pattern of layered leaf prints, in cloud grey, rust and stoneware beige, set against a watercolour-like background and bordered by Ganga Jamuna borders in crimson and black. The graceful sand and smoke palette of the sari,  is enhanced by the pallu of crimson red thread work. This sari is accompanied by a delicate, antique white blouse.
